The merchandise return period, if any, depends on the following factors:
All sales of custom manufactured equipment are final. For goods not specially manufactured, NDT Unlimited may, at its sole discretion, accept the return of the merchandise within thirty (30) days of its ship date for credit only. All transportation, duties and taxes to return the merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer.

Merchandise offered on the NDT Unlimited website (other than that manufactured by Sherwin, Inc.):
NDT Unlimited accepts the return of merchandise within 30 days of the ship date for exchange or credit only. Returns must have prior written authorization and be returned in the original packaging. Returns not received in the original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All transportation, duties and taxes to return the merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer.
Merchandise offered on the NDT Unlimited website is warranted by the manufacturer for one year. The warranty covers repairs to correct any defects related to materials existing at the time of purchase. If a defective part cannot be repaired, the part will be replaced with an equivalent part. All warranty repair requests must be approved by NDT Unlimited prior to any work being performed during the Warranty Period. Specific exclusions to the Warranty are listed in the Exclusions section, below. All shipping costs associated with the Warranty are specifically excluded.
The merchandise listed below is subject to normal wear during the Warranty period and is therefore not covered by the warranty. Excluded items include, but are not limited to, the following items:

Merchandise failure caused by customer misuse/abuse of the merchandise voids the Warranty. All shipping costs associated with the Warranty are specifically excluded.
Damage or Failure caused by fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, modifying or altering the merchandise or any other misuse is not covered under the Warranty. Damage or failure due to Acts of God (flood, tornado, etc) or Acts of War are not covered under the Warranty.
Use of a non-authorized labor to perform the Warranty repairs will be at customer cost and will not be reimbursed by NDT Unlimited.
Other than the Warranty listed above, NDT Unlimited makes no other warranty, express or implied, regarding this merchandise and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer assumes the responsibility for determining suitability of products and appropriate use. NDT Unlimited’s sole liability, for breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall be the repair of the merchandise as specified in this Warranty.
Economic loss or extra expense due to merchandise damage/failure is not covered under the Warranty. Under no circumstances is NDT Unlimited liable for any damages, whether indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to merchandise damage or failure.

The warranty goes into effect on the day the new FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) Equipment has shipped from the manufacturing facility and expires one (1) year from that date.
The warranty covers repairs to correct any equipment defects related to materials or workmanship existing at the time of purchase. If a defective part cannot be repaired, the part will be replaced with an equivalent part. All repair requests must be approved by NDT Unlimited prior to any work being performed during the Warranty Period. Specific exceptions to the Warranty are listed in the Exclusions section.

Component failure caused by customer misuse/abuse of the FPI Equipment voids the Warranty.
All FPI Equipment requires periodic maintenance. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to perform regular maintenance. Buyer’s failure to properly maintain the FPI Equipment and perform regular maintenance may void the Warranty.
Damage or Failure caused by an object striking the FPI Equipment, fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, modifying or altering the FPI Equipment or any other misuse is not covered under the Warranty. Damage or failure due to acts of god (flood, tornado, etc) or acts of war are not covered under the Warranty.

NDT Unlimited does not authorize any person or persons to create any other obligation or liability in connection to this unit.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer’s Receiving Department to examine the equipment for damage prior to signing the Bill of Lading. A signed Bill of Lading legally releases the shipping company from any damage liability that would otherwise be covered by its insurance.
